Forty Acres
Farmed Like It Matters
The ridge gives us thin soils, cool nights and stubborn old vines — and we give back with dry farming, cover crops and patience. Yields are low on purpose: fewer clusters, deeper roots, louder wines.
We invite you to visit and explore the beautiful vineyards on a guided walk, or simply take a glass to the terrace edge and look down the rows.
- Old-vine Mourvèdre block, planted 1985.
- Valley-floor Cabernet, east-facing rows.
- High white block for Pinot Grigio and Rosé.
